1. Use of the Site
SWGoH Portrait Maker is a free, fan-created tool for generating portraits inspired by the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (SWGoH) game. This site is provided "as-is" with no guarantees or warranties.
By using this site, you agree:
- You will not upload, share, or create content that is illegal, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate.
- You are solely responsible for any content you create or generate using the Site.
- You understand that this is a non-commercial tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lucasfilm, Disney, EA, or any other rights holder.
2. Fair Use and Third-Party Assets
The Site may use images, names, fonts, and other assets that are the property of third parties. These materials are used under fair use for non-commercial, transformative purposes such as parody, commentary, or fan art.
If you are a rights holder and believe your content has been used improperly, please contact us, and we will review and take appropriate action.
3. Data Collection & Privacy
By interacting with our site you allow us to do a wake up call to a server used for image links and Discord avatar downloading. This is logged anonymously for debugging purposes and may be held for up to 60 days.
By using the image link or Discord avatar function you consent to having your requested image source and/or Discord user ID sent to a server hosted by Render and it may be logged for up to 60 days for debugging and safety. Render

We use Google Analytics to gather anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with the Site. This helps us understand usage patterns and improve performance.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect non-personally identifiable information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, and browser type. No personally identifying information is collected by us through this process.

- GitHub (our hosting provider) may log standard web server information (IP address, browser, etc.) in accordance with their terms. This data cannot be seen or deleted by Lego-Fan9
- Cloudflare is used to deliver crucial source code and may log minimal usage data in accordance with their terms and cannot be seen or deleted by Lego-Fan9
- Render is used to get Discord avatar hash tokens that are used to provide Discord avatars, as well as download all images you ask to be downloaded from a link. They may log minimal usage data in accordance with their terms and cannot be deleted by Lego-Fan9
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or trackers for marketing purposes, however we may use it to determine if/when we need to upgrade/downgrade out service
4. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for any content you create using this tool. By using the Site, you agree not to use it to create:
- Adult content
- Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
- Content that infringes on copyright or other intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to restrict access or take down content if we receive valid complaints or determine that the terms have been violated.
5. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. We’ll update the date at the top of this document when changes occur. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
